Olanipekun Osinowo was appointed the Chairman of the Board of Nathan Finance Company Limited in October 25, 2022.
Ola has over 25 years work experience in Finance. Prior to his appointment, he was the Principal Partner at First Immaculate Konsult. He also held the position of the Chief Financial Officer of Ecobank Nigeria Limited where he headed the finance function, coordinated the strategic planning process of the Bank and implemented the budget and control. He is currently the Managing Director of Layipo Farms Limited.
He holds an MBA in Finance (Distinction) from the University of Lagos, an MSc in Economics also from the University of Lagos and a BSc. in Economics (1st Class) from Olabisi Onabajo University. He is Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Babasola is a Non-Executive Director of Nathan Finance Company Limited. He is an experienced Banker with over 20 years in various financial Institutions.
He has held various positions in various financial institutions including Head, Treasury Marketing Unit at Kakawa Discount House Limited, Team Lead, Advantium Banking at GTBank Plc and Head, Financial Institutions and International Organizations at Ecobank Nigeria Limited. Over the years, Babasola has built and managed relationships with High Networth Individuals, Public sector clients with interest and focus on Financial Institutions. He has mixed experience of working in both local and International Banks which was responsible for his outstanding service delivery to Clients.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree from University of Ilorin and an MBA from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University.
Prior to her appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director in Nathan Finance Company Limited, Olabimpe was with Financial Datanet House Limited, a training and consulting firm where she was the Head, Corporates & Public Sector (CPS) responsible for the business strategy and development of the firm’s corporate and public-sector division.
She started her career in January 2002 with Guaranty Trust Bank PLC where she worked in the bank’s Advantium Banking Group (retail banking).
Olabimpe holds a BSc. degree in Management & Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She also holds an Innovation & Entrepreneurship Certificate from the prestigious Stanford University.
Maryanne Oluyemisi Olajide is a consummate professional with over 30 years banking experience covering Trade Finance, Asset & Liability Management, Foreign Currency Trading and Customer Sales and Distribution. Prior to joining Nathan Finance Company, she was the Head of Local Corporates & Value Chain Business at ECOBANK NIGERIA LIMITED, where she championed prospecting, identification and proffering of bespoke product and service solutions required by the Target market.
Yemisi was at various times, Head of Fixed Income Currency & Commodities, FICC Client Business, Head of Corporate & Consumer Sales, Head of Trading and Head of ALM & Liquidity Management all under the Ecobank Bank Nigeria Treasury Group. She began her banking career with Stanbic Bank (a subsidiary of Standard Bank South Africa) in 1993 and spent the next 8 years in the organization in foreign operations and Treasury. She later joined the defunct Fountain Trust Bank (now Heritage Bank) in 2001 as an Assistant Manager and continued to hone her Treasury skills across various roles leading up to her last position as Head of Liquidity Management and Treasury Sales. She joined Ecobank Nigeria in August 2006 as a Manager in Treasury group.
She has developed critical skills in Sales B2B-B2C, Treasury Dealing, General Management, Asset & Liability Management, Strategy development, Credit Analysis, and several other areas of financial expertise.
In these roles, she led high performing teams to build enduring & profitable relationships with clients and other stakeholders, originated, executed & distributed deals, increased market share & profitability and achieved service goals.
She holds a Bachelor of Agriculture degree from the University of Agriculture Abeokuta, Ogun State and also holds an MBA from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile Ife Osun State. She is a honorary member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and has attended various training programs and banking specific courses in leading educational institutions both locally and internationally.
She is a fitness and stage play enthusiast and is involved in several charitable organizations. Yemisi is also a skilled communicator, team builder, negotiator, leader and manager of people, with proven track record of performance.
Yemisi joined Nathan Finance in September 2022 as Executive Director.
Mr. Segun Molehin holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Federal University of Technology, Akure and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Suffolk, United Kingdom. He is a Certified Project Manager (PMP®) from the Project Management Institute, USA. He has over 20 years of banking experience which spans Corporate Banking, Project Monitoring, Risk Management and Operations. He joined Nova Merchant Bank Limited as the pioneer Chief Credit Officer in December 2018, where he devised a creative approach towards appraising and managing credit risks differently from the conventional way. He is responsible for the creation and management of risk assets from about N2.8billion FYE 2018 to over N90.1billion FYE 2021 with zero non-performing loan. Prior to this, Segun was a Senior Credit Analyst for Global Corporates with Ecobank Nigeria Limited and has an oversight responsibility for the credit quality of risk assets worth US$2.5billion covering Multinational Companies, High Local Corporates, Regional Corporates, Financial Institutions, and International Organizations spread across over 33 countries. Earlier to joining Ecobank in 2013, Segun worked with Access Bank Plc in various Risk Management roles and Business Development.
He assumed the role of the Chief Risk Officer of Adino Partners Limited since September 2022. He has the responsibility to formalize and implement enterprise-wide risk management, governance framework to manage and control all risk types including credit, market, and operational risks.

Modebola holds an M.Sc. in International Management from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom, and an LL.B from the University of Lagos. She is a seasoned banking professional with over 17 years’ experience. Prior to her appointment as the Managing Director of Nathan Finance Company Limited, she has held various roles in Business Development, Portfolio Management, Risk Management, Credit Analysis and Financial Advisory.
Motivated by a passion for continuous self-development and building strong relationships, Modebola is dependable, focused and exhibits an efficacious leadership style that empowers her team, by making them a part of the decision-making process and enabling the achievement of personal and organizational goals. A pragmatic solution-oriented individual, she constantly seeks opportunities to develop and implement growth within and between organizations and employs critical thinking in the resolution of complex issues. She is passionate about applying and improving emotional intelligence in the workplace.
Michael Chigbufue is the Executive Director, Treasury and Chief Operating Officer of Nathan Finance Company Limited with oversight over Products and Financial Institutions.
He is a seasoned financial services practitioner with about 13 Years of experience spanning operating multi-currency balance sheets, foreign exchange risk hedges and trading, fixed-income securities, structured trade and finance. Michael has served as Head of ALM, FX Trading, liquidity management and Finance in leading banks such as Ecobank Nigeria, Fidelity Bank Plc and Nova Merchant Bank Ltd.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Benin. He is also an alumnus of the Rome Business School with an MBA in Finance.
